This notice explains how A&M Premium Concierge LLC collects and uses information from people who apply for jobs with us, whether through our website, by email, or in person.

Information We Collect

• Job interest: the position you are applying for and your availability
• Your resume and anything you choose to share about your experience
• Information from interviews and from references you provide
• If you receive a conditional offer, information needed for background checks and employment eligibility. Any background check is done only with your written authorization and in line with the Fair Credit Reporting Act and New Jersey law.

How We Use It

• Review your qualifications and contact you about your application
• Schedule interviews and make hiring decisions
• Verify eligibility to work and complete required checks
• Keep records as required by employment laws

Who We Share It With

Your application is shared only with the people at A&M involved in hiring, and with service providers who help us process applications, such as our form processing and email providers, and background check companies when you authorize a check. We do not sell applicant information.

How Long We Keep It

If you are not hired, we keep your application for the period required by law, and we may keep it longer to consider you for future openings unless you ask us not to. If you are hired, your information becomes part of your employee records.

Your Choices

You may ask to see, correct, or withdraw your application at any time by contacting us. Withdrawing means we will no longer consider you for the position.
