Residential Concierge
Greet residents, manage packages and visitors, and coordinate amenity requests in luxury residential buildings.
Front Desk Associate
Deliver polished reception for office and commercial buildings: visitor registration, phones, and deliveries.
Lobby Attendant
Keep the lobby welcoming and organized, assist residents, and report building issues to management.
Event Concierge Staff
Greet and register guests, run coat check, and provide hospitality at resident, corporate, and private events.
Site Supervisor
Lead concierge teams across properties: scheduling, training, quality checks, and client communication.
What we look for
- 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
- Friendly, professional, and neat in appearance
- Clear communicator, comfortable with basic computer tasks
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to pass a background check
- Hospitality or customer service experience a plus
